،السلام عليكم ورحمة الله ،أحسن الله إليكم Ustadh is saying (وَأَنْتُمْ فَجَزَاكُمُ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا) when someone says to you (جزاك الله خيرا), legislated, and is it a sunnah, or is it a bid'ah (to make it a default response)? جزاك الله خيرا وبارك الله فيكم

Why bid'ah? U can say wajazakum, ameen and you, or what u have just said it is a beautiful du'a'.
