Im often doing Shorter Trips to other Countries or places. If I day in another place, where I was just for a short period of time and most of Family and friends are in a different Country, should I be buried and prayed upon in the place I died or be brought back to my home place? What is the Sunna?

If there isn't a valid reason for moving him, then the sunnah is that he's buried where he dies. However, the way in which you ask your question seems OCD to me. Like, if I die—you could die at any minute, right? So why would this be a concern to you? Baraka Allahu fik.
