I was born in a Muslim country where bidʿah is widespread. I moved to a non-Muslim country for studies and my imaan increased, I practice the Sunnah better here. Is it permissible to settle here ? I also fear losing respect from friends if I return.

That is one side. The other side is that everything here—if this is the case, correct me if I'm wrong—is based upon usury. Things are not segregated and there is free mixing everywhere. Insurance is almost everywhere. You fear for your children as well, regarding their education, fitna all over the place, indecent clothing, and so on. Have you taken these into consideration?
