As salam 'aleykom wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh, Ustadh May Allah bless you and grant you a pious offspring If I take detailed and structured notes, can I put them in the comment sections of the classes so other can benefit from them, or would it be better to have someone look over them first ?

I would love that. I have been encouraging the students to do so in the comment section under every video. That would be extremely helpful. If they would even include what is "must-memorize" versus "optional to memorize," it would be great, as these types of resources are very important. Sometimes they can be one of the most beneficial resources for a student of knowledge.
