As Salamu Alaykum Couple did Civil marriage in USA. Husband wants to end marriage civillly but keep marriage Islamically bcuz civil marriage subjects marriage to kuffar laws. Can they get civilly divorced without the intention of Islamic divorce or would a civil divorce count as Islamic divorce?
