أحسن الله إليكم I use an Islamic bank in Kuwait and they have a service where they block 100kd and give us the chance to enter a lucky draw where we can win hundreds of dinars. Idk about the details but my dad uses this service under my bank account. He hasn’t won anything yet. Is this allowed?

If you are paying money to get into the draw, this is not allowed. Additionally, if you are making an account just for that (for the draw and so on), this should also be stayed away from. However, it is allowed if it happened suddenly or unintentionally. For example, if you already needed a bank account, you deposited your money, and they happened to hold a draw, this is acceptable because you did not intend to enter a draw in the beginning, did not open the account for that purpose, and you are just using the account normally.
