أحسن الله إليك I use an Islamic bank (in Kuwait) and they credit a couple of fills every year as a reward (idk the details though) and I don’t know how to dispose of it since it’s a very small amount. Is this dealing with riba?

No this is arbah i assume and it is allowed, also if they dealt in something haram that is on them not on you.
