السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Can Muslims be certain that if we go to jahannam, we will eventually be taken out and put into Jannah because of our faith if we died Muslim? جزاك الله خيرا

There is a condition for this: that you establish Tawheed and do not commit shirk. We cannot be safe from such a thing except by striving to be the best Muslims that we can be. If we are not striving for that, we might actually fall into that which is shirk. Who can guarantee for us that when we do not strive to be the perfect version of ourselves, we do not get dragged into more and more evil until we reach shirk or disbelief?
