⁩ السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته, Is attending mixed gyms allowed, and if no, why can we go out voluntarily and lower our gaze, but not go to a mixed gym, with the condition that we lower our gaze?

Isn't this self evident? Like outside you go for a need and people are not everywhere dressed in revealing or tight gym clothes.
