I did ghusl when I was in the state of major impurity and to clear my menses. I made intention for menses only, did I have to repeat the ghusl and all my prayers or is my intention sufficient, as I made intention for ghusl. I only realised this after but didn’t repeat as wasn’t sure

It suffices, the intention of one uplifts the other.
