السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Ustadh, I am really upset. My menses started in the last 10 days of Ramadan, and I feel like I’m going to miss out on these blessed nights. What can I do to earn reward?

This is not allowed to object to the decree of Allah. Say Alhamdulillah and you can recite the Qur'an from your memorization and make thinr and lots of du'a. You are not prohibited from doing this.
