A sister wants to study in taibah uni in medina, is it allowed for a woman to study in saudi alone with any mehram with her there. I know she needs a male mehram for travel but my question is can she study there without a mehram?

She can yes if it is safe and away from fitnah. Also i encourage that she stays with family members or if her family can visit often.
