Can women travel around the city alone or with her sister or mother? How car can a woman travel until she needs someone to accompany her let's say like with her sister or mother or to a distance where she needs her male mahram? Please elaborate shaykh

Anything that is considered culturally in your area to be travelling, then she needs a mahram. That which is not called travelling she can go as long as she is safe. And it is good that she is going with her family. Baraka Allahu feekum.
