My father had paid me illegally for a while and I recently found out it was haram. Is it required for me to donate all the money or give it back to my father. Also do I have to return or donate all the money I’ve made since I’ve started including spent money or all the money I have currently?

What do u mean? Because if u get into legal trouble, you should ask a specialist. But if what u mean that your father spent money on you and it turns out that his money is mixed with some haram money, then the sin is on him and there is nothing on you.
