If Iam praying and was really unfocused and unsure whether Iam in the third or fourth rakah but think it is the fourth and ignore the doubt because I also have waswas then later feel unsure again but still do not do sujud as sahw and afterward believe Imost likely prayed correctly is my prayer valid

Do sujood assahw if u remember it don't miss it intentionally. If u have forgotten then thay is not a problem. The salah is valid in sha'a Allah.
