AhsanAllahu ilaykum, is it haram to sell food before the time of maghrib so when people should fast and is the rulling the same for when i sell to muslims or non muslims? barakallahu feekum

It does not matter don't aid people in that, unless u sell them for their iftar or what they prepare the iftar with.
