السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته احسن الله اليك Is luck based games haram? And is monopoly played on the PlayStation with digital dice haram? (Because of the prohibition of playing with dice but it's digital that's why I'm confused)

Luck based game are not haram, as for dice in video games the fatwah of sh sulayman arruhaily is that it is haram and also others from our sheikhs.
