‏اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ‎ Should I pray in the mosque where the Imam's and some people Aqeedah is wrong? I saw a video of a Salafi scholar in my country and he said its not valid and the prayer should be repeated, its the only mosque in my area, whats the ruling on this.

Maybe you have misunderstood as it is widely known that the sahabah prayed behind the khawarij and didn't repeat. Therefore if it is not major kifr that leads someone outside the fold of Islam then u can pray.
