As-salamu alaykum. What is the ruling on using vinegar, which is extracted by wine or alcohol, I dont know the difference between them, but it is very common in germany, and i want to know can I consume it or not. Like I read somewhere that, conversion to vinegar is not 100%, but I am not sure.
