‏اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ‎ Can I make dua in my own language in sujood and before taslim? And if yes in all salah like Fard, Sunnah, Nafl or just Nafl and Sunnah?

Nafl is sunnah. U only do it if u are not able to in Arabic then yes otherwise no whether in fardh or sunnah.
