Is it haram for a male to think until madhi comes out? What is the advice to the one who doesn't watch haram, he lowers his gaze and does not do the haram with his own private part but suffers from thesr thoughts

If it is in regards to your wife/husband this is allowed to imagine as long as it doesn't lead to that which is haram, otherwise stay away from it.
