For giving kaffarah of breaking an oath, I pay a trusted organization who will use the money to feed 10 people. Is it a must that I should make sure that that they only feed the poor in the country i reside in or is it fine if they feed in other countries? (e.g. Palestine, Pakistan..)

It is fine in sha'a Allah.
