السلام عليكم ورحمة اللّٰه وبركاته When breaking a promise made to Allah ﷻ, can you pay the kaffarah amount to a charity organization that will feed the poor for you? I live in the west, and it's difficult to find 10 poor muslims. جزاك الله خيراً

Yes allowed, but promise is different than oath akhi, if u intended an oath then yes fine.
