أحسن الله إليك We’ve studied that we don’t need to have an intention for removing impurities so if I take a shower without knowing that I’m in a state of major impurity then does this mean I’m in a state of purity now even if I didn’t have an intention for it?

This is a great question. No, what we meant is if there is urine and rain falls and it gets cleaned this is enough. However for ritual impurity you must have intention.
