السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Is it allowed for a woman to work in a kindergarden where christmas etc ist celebrated and the only thing shes doing is maybe decorate the room. Or hide eggs on easter, they dont teach anything regarding religion just „celebrate“ This is the only job letting her pray

I can only say the general Islamic ruling and I am not giving a fatwa for her individual case, she can ask a mufti. This is forbidden. As for if she continues or not, she asks a mufti and explains her whole situation.
