Salamualikum sheikh, What is the awrah of a woman infront of other woman? is she allowed to wear some tight clothes that may show body shape? She says she has non muslim female friends that find her attractive. What's the ruling and what would your advise be?

The answer is in your question, she should stay away from anything that causes forbidden infatuation and lust. Since her female friends already say this, it is obvious that she should not show the shape of her body.
