السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته احسن الله إليكم there is a man who calls himself muslim but says on the internet he doesent believe in shariah ,hijab ,walaa wal baraa ,jahannam ,jannah,the quran, and the sunnah im afraid if i dont do takfir then ill become a mubtadi or a kafir what is correct?

Someone who says i dont believe in the quran and the sunnah how is he a Muslim!? But dont fight and argue with him just stay away.
