Assalamu Alaykum Ahsanallahu ilaykum Ustadh Can I fast the fasting of Dawud and fast the 3 white days of every month ? And what when the day of Ashura or Arafat comes in addition to it ? Is it permissible to fast more then the half of the month ?

Yes, and likewise if it coincides with a day that is forbidden to fast then he does not fast it.
