السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Ustadh, may Allah brighten your face on the day of Judgement, for the one traveling is it from the sunnah to perform the Rawatib? The person is able to. May Allah reward you abundantly.

Ustadh AbdulAziz al-Haqqan
Imam Ibn Baz said: The preferable practice while traveling is to leave off the regular Sunnah prayers (Rawātib) except for the Sunnah of Fajr, in emulation of the Prophet ﷺ. So, one should perform the Sunnah of Fajr along with it. As for the Sunnah prayers of Ẓuhr, Maghrib, ʿIshāʾ, and ʿAṣr, it is better to leave them off, because Allah has lightened the burden of the traveler by reducing the obligatory prayer, so the voluntary prayers linked to the obligatory ones are also left. However, as for praying Duḥā, Sunnah of Wuḍūʾ, or the night prayer (Tahajjud), the traveler may still observe these. The Prophet ﷺ used to pray Tahajjud at night and Duḥā prayer even while traveling—there is no harm in doing so.
