Assalamu alaykum Do I have to clean the toilette seat with a wet wipe (tissue) Everytime before I use it ? As water splashes out of it after flushing the toilette. Or is it enough if I remove the water that comes in the seat with a dry wipe ? And what if the water is already dried out?

Who said thay the water is impure? When u flush alot of clean water is poured anyway, don't obsess, if u actually see impurity that is obvious for everyone yes clean otherwise don't fall into waswas.
