،أحسن الله إليك I was told that a baby doesn't have awrah, that it's okay to bathe him/her infront of older siblings etc is this correct? At what age should we prevent the children from looking ? And is it okay for older sisters to change their baby brothers diapers etc? بارك الله فيكم

Yes, it is true, but always seperate between boys and girls in showers, sleep, etc. This is better. As for everything u mentioned it depends on the age and awareness of the awrah of others.
