أحسن الله إليكم The masjid we pray in they do taqleed on the prayer time schedule, ya’ni they trust that more than their eyes, so at times their iqama time for dhuhr as at the time when the sun is before or right at the highest point, do I have to join their congregation? جزاكم الله خيرا

If they pray before the time and there is no mistake in that, then don't join them.
