السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Can I reject a person because he follows people who are upon wrong manhaj from likes of Dr Israr ahmed etc and he is not keen on this where he takes from? Tho he prays salah and has decent character But he doesn’t do shirk or bidaah

Yes, you can reject, and you can choose somebody who is sound in his aqidah and manhaj that best suits you and is compatible with you, so that problems don't arise.
