السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أحسن الله إليكم In Manhaj as-Salikeen we learned: “Water that’s only called so per restriction like Rosewater is tāhir but not tahoor because its not water.” Are there exceptions for this rule? For example: Can we use sparkling water for wudoo? جزاك الله خيرا
