السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته احسن الله اليكم Mindset towards leading the Salah? Should you advocate to lead the Salah, or should you be reluctant, or it doesn't matter? Should you make an active effort to find out who knows the most Quran or don't investigate? (In Workplace etc.)

If they want you to lead the salah, then don't hesitate. If you are the only one upon whom the signs and traits of uprightness show, then you are more worthy, inshallah, of leading the prayer than somebody else who doesn't have that. Don't be reluctant at all to lead the salah.
