Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Baraktuh, May Allah reward you and grant you with goodness. How many times a week should we view a new lesson? For example, there are always things to memorize with a new lesson so how many new lessons should we do per week on average?

Watch a lesson every day, as for the ayat and ahadeeth let them have their own memorization pace, they do not have to be together. Studying and understanding is extremely important, do not delay it.
