أحسن الله إليكم I will marry a sister in sha Allah whose father doesn't pray. We asked the fatwa council and they said we can use a wali qadi (appointed by the government) even if the father prays but just doesn't feel well. Is this fatwa correct? Also what is the ruling on photography?
