I have a friend and sometimes, he interprets ahadith and Quran according to his own logic, in one situation I saw that he interpreted a Hadith in a way that is faulty. How do I advise him?

Advise him privately and gently that explaining the Quran and hadith by one's own reasoning is speaking about Allah without knowledge, and show him what the scholars said about that text. If he does not accept, do not argue with him, and move on to what benefits you.
