السلام عليكم My work team brought a birthday sweet amongst them. I didn't participate. The next day they brought the same food, not celebrating anymore asking me to eat, so I ate. Now they told to do so next time: bringing the food the day after the party. Can I eat or should I stop them?

The key thing is that you do not participate with them and make it a habit, so they use this as trickery to celebrate so they bring you the food every time after the day itself. Therefore tell them gently and nicely not celebrate your birthday may Allah reward you.
