أحسن الله إليكم I am an appointment setter who just got a role in a non-muslim company. It is a mentorship offer in real estate in the US. The problem is the US real estate market often involves interest and this mentorship would probably teach people how to deal with it. Is this job permissible?

If what you are selling is mentorship that teaches people how to deal in interest, then you are helping in riba and it is not allowed. Leave it for Allah and He will give you better, in shā' Allah.
