Assalamu alaykum Ahsanallahu ilaykum Sheikh Hayakumullah. I finish all my tasks diligently at work. When I have downtime while staying available for new work, is my salary fully Halal if I use that time for Dhikr, Quran, or playing a game? Jazak Allahu Khayran.

Yes, if there is no work to do then Qur'an and dhikr are better than sitting silent, as Imam Ibn Baz said, as long as you stay ready for work. Also, for other affairs you can see what the norm is and what is normally allowed and do it.
