احسن الله اليكم Ustadh hayakumullah, a Family member stopped praying for 10 days but he regretted and made taubah, and seeks to start again but he is confused now, is there qada upon him if yes how should he make qada the right way?

Imam Ibn Baz and Shaykh Ibn Uthaymin said there is no qada upon him, and sincere repentance is enough, so he starts praying again from now. Other scholars hold that he makes them up.
