Is there ikhtilaf on the issue of the prayers happening late in masjids. Like in saudi. The adhan happens on time and the salah will start10-20 mins after in all masjids.But in india many masjids will do adhan 30mins late and the salah will be 1hr late.Is their ikhtilaf inthis?Are bothsides correct?
