Ahsanallahu ilaykum. Is Fajr in the mosque supposed to be 20 mins? With my 20-min round trip it takes 40 mins, which cuts into my morning Quran time. I'm also sad to say the Fajr recitation isn't my preferred, unlike Isha's, which is also 20 mins and I go for it. This makes me hesitant togo for Fajr

You can organize it as you like. If you pray Fajr and go back home, but don't want to do the Quran recitation at that time and prefer doing it at Isha, and that has been your system and works best for you, then you can do that. That's not a problem.
