divorced 30 year old single mother living in India with 7 year old daughter. father is completely out of the picture. is she allowed to make permanent hijrah to saudi arabia. she has no male mahram to accompany her. currently in india she can practice her religion freely and life isnt in any danger

If the Muslim is able to practice his religion freely and there is no harm on him, then hijrah is not mandatory upon them.
