What is your advice for the brothers that try to seek knowledge and increase their iman but always get distracted by wordly studies or work in western countrys?

Schedule yourself and fix a small daily portion that you do not break. Shaykh Ibn Uthaymin said to stick to one teacher you trust and not to scatter yourself between this one and that one, to begin with the short books before the long ones, to act on what you learn because knowledge calls out to action and if it is not answered it departs, and to keep at it without boredom and rest when you tire.
