If someone has oppressed you sooo much that you can’t take it anymore as a Muslim is it permissible to ask Allah to take away my soul as the test feels too difficult ?

Why don't you ask Him for relief? Subhana Allah, why don't you ask Him to remove all hardship from you and beg Him for deliverance!
