My sister recently kept saying "why does the Prophet..."&kept doubting and forcing me to hear her, even tho i tried explaining. I don't know if i should still hang around her because she might affect my deen but i dont want her to think all muslims are cowards&run away&I hope to try help her. Advice

This is not cowardice! It is similar to her telling you to fix her broken car while you are not a mechanic. Direct her to a scholar or a student of knowledge that can answer her questions as simple as that and never ever get into any religious discussion with her.
