My sister prays so loud that I hear it in my room while praying and this often distracts me the same when she reads ir plays Quran it often distracts me while doing something when I tell her not to do it so loud she become angry hat screams why should I reduce the sound and so on what should I do?

She should not raise her voice while someone near her is praying or reciting, as Imam Ibn Baz rahimahullah said that one recites between himself and his self so as not to harm people, nor distract those praying, nor distract other reciters.
