 If someone has an illness that causes heightened anxiety and, as a result, struggles to enjoin good and forbid evil, is he sinful? جزاك الله خيرا وبارك الله فيك ونفع الله بك الإسلام والمسلمين

Enjoining good and forbidding evil is according to ability, so if a person is truly unable he is not sinful for that.
